Institutions should submit the date of their on-site visit to NCATE approximately one year before the visit.
If your institution is located in a state with an NCATE partnership, the date of the visit must be approved by your state agency before submission.
Please check your institutional calendar to make sure the dates do not conflict with breaks in the academic calendar. Also make sure that local schools are in session during the dates of the visit.
