The assessments below are from institutions whose programs are nationally recognized as a result of the fall 2004 pilot program review process. (Thirty-six institutions submitted program reports as a part of the pilot run in fall 2004.) These documents have been selected from successful program reports; however, they are not models to be replicated by institutions in preparing reports. NCATE anticipates that by providing institutions examples that meet at least basic expectations for assessments and the presentation of data, institutions will gain a better understanding of the variety of methods by which assessment-based reports may be submitted.
Assessment data are masked wherever there are ten or fewer candidates in a data set. In some cases, NCATE staff has added comments to the assessments. All institutions have granted permission to NCATE to post their respective reports.
