 NEW! Guidelines for Submitting Initial Licensure/Post-Baccalaureate (IL/PB) Program Reports
Many secondary post-baccalaureate programs have been developed for candidates who enter the program already having been prepared in the content area; typically candidates enter the program with an undergraduate major in the field. A new process has been created for institutions that are submitting program reports in five different content areas—English, Math, Social Studies, Science and Foreign Languages.

 NEW! Program Review Update November 2009
This document provides a summary of the most recent changes to the program review process, including a change in the data policy; a change in the date for Spring submissions; new procedures for the review of secondary programs in which candidates enter the program already having been prepared in a content area programs; and a new option to defer review of low enrollment programs.

NEW! Chart for Submitting Program Reports in Fall 2010
In order to submit any program reports by September 10, 2010, institutions need to fill out a chart detailing the names of the programs, the type of program, the SPA standards being addressed and the type of reports they will be submitting (Initial, Revised, Response to Conditions).

How to Prepare Program Reports for Submission in 2010 -  UPDATED February 2010
Program reports submitted in 2010 must be prepared according to the assessment-based submission format and submitted in the AIMS/ PRS database. This system uses the same exact template (same questions, same charts, etc) as our previous system but the sections of the report are submitted in a different way. There are also character limits instead of page limits.

Guidelines for Preparing a Revised Program Report - UPDATED February 2010 
A Revised Program Report does not require the submission of all components of the original report. In most cases, the revised report will focus on the submission of revised or new assessments that better provide evidence for standards found unmet by reviewers. In some cases, reviewers will also ask for clarification or additional information related to other parts of the original report.
