The National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education invites all stakeholders (teacher educators, candidates, practitioners, state and national policy makers, specialized professional organizations, and other interested parties) to comment on its proposed revisions to the NCATE Unit Standards.
The documents below include a memo detailing the proposed revisions, the draft of the proposed standards revisions, and proposed changes to the glossary of the standards. |

Please send comments to antoinette@ncate.org. Comments will be accepted through October 1, 2006 and will be considered at the October 2006 UAB meeting. The final revisions will be presented for adoption to the Executive Board in Spring 2007. |
